My name is Jennifer Mirigliani and
I'm a real estate agent with West USA Realty Revelation. My husband
and I had Scorpion Specialists seal our home in Ahwatukee two years
ago when we moved in and we could not have been more pleased with
their service from day one. We have not had any scorpions inside
our home at all. We haven't had so much as a spider in our house!
We live right nest to the desert and the builders were still
digging when we moved in. With the traps they use by the garage
doors we have caught 5 or 6 in the last two years before they could
ever get into our home. They come out and spray when they say they
are going to every month like clockwork. I recommend home sealing
to all my clients because it is so important to protect you home,
children, and pets from all the critters we have out here in the

My husband and I moved to Scottsdale
in July of 2004 from northern California. Scorpions are not an
issue in the old hometown, but as we quickly learned, they are
here. My husband became fascinated with the little creatures, even
buying a black light to try to find them at night. It seemed like a
pleasant little game until one night, when he had his head tilted
back in the bathroom putting in eye drops, I heard a scream and the
sound of running feet! On the ceiling right above his head was a
fairly large scorpion, obviously, in his mind, waiting to drop and
sting! Why had we wasted so much time looking DOWN for the little
critters instead of looking UP? Now we were really freaked because
we didn't know WHERE to look. The next day, Jim saw Chris in the
neighborhood working on a house and stopped to talk to him. My
husband is the kind of person who likes to investigate a situation
to death before he makes a decision, but he came home that day and
told me he had found a solution to our scorpion problem. He said
this guy Chris was so knowledgeable that he hired him on the spot.
Within a week Chris and his crew spent about 8 hours "sealing" our
house. Every opening, no matter how small, was sealed up tight,
including the foundation. They were not only a friendly bunch, but
left everything as neat as when they came. Chris also comes by to
spray once a month. We recommended Scorpion Division to anyone who
will listen, including a man from Las Vegas who found him on the
Internet. Chris knows his business, is extremely dependable, and is

I am not afraid to admit that I am
afraid of Scorpions! I'm actually petrified of anything that crawls
but especially those nasty Scorpions and when my wife and I moved
into our new house back in the summer of 2003, in an area that had
a ton of new construction I knew I had to do something to make sure
those creepy suckers weren't moving in with me. I met Chris and
immediately knew he was the guy I wanted to seal my house. It was
the dead of summer, at least 110 degrees and he was out there all
day, meticulously making sure every nook and cranny was completely
sealed. Not only that, but he has been out every month since then
making sure anything that chirps is dead. There has not been a
single scorpion in our house, and believe me, I know they are in
the neighborhood because I hear complaints from other people. I now
run POST magazine after leaving my career in television and I don't
hesitate to tell everyone that needs their house sealed, or monthly
