- How many
insects, rodents does sealing keep out?
- We seal every
crack and crevice in the home, both inside and outside. This
will keep out roaches, crickets, scorpions, spiders, mice, and roof
rats. In fact, our sealant will keep out everything but ants,
because ants can crawl in a pinhole in the tile.

it is not "Restricted."

there to take care of your needs whether it is 6 months or 5 - 10
years from now.

- Can you give
me customer and business references going back 3
years?
- References are your
BEST source of information about a company. Going back at least
three years will enable you to find out how companies respond to
the needs of their customers. Do they respond to your phone calls
in a few minutes? We do! Did they install the sealant system in a
professional manner? We always do! Are they prompt in fixing
problems? Our goal is to fix a problem within 24–hours. ALWAYS call
references and ask questions.

|
- Do you provide
financing?
- We provide financing
because some customers prefer to pay on a monthly basis rather than
all at once. Half of the balance is due initially, and then remaining can be split up into two payment.

|
- Do you have
"full-time" employees?
- A company with
full-time employees is a sure sign that the company is profitable
and they plan on staying in business. We have full time people
answering the phones - not an answering service and our installers
are employees, not sub-contractors. We also have a complete
inventory of systems and parts in our office/warehouse. This means
we can install or service your system based on YOUR
schedule.
